We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data" No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010 (with amendments and additions).
2. How Do We Get the Information from You & What Kind of Information We Collect
When you create an account, buy a ticket or have a ticket transferred to you by relatives, friends, we will collect your information which, depending on the service we are providing, may include your contact and billing information.
The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, copies of formal identity documents such as your passport or ID card, business seller information, tax identification number and credit or debit card details.
● It may also include information you provide us when creating a profile on kontramarka.ua or in the mobile app, which may include a profile picture and access to your camera and/or photo library (if you choose to enable this service on your computer or device)
● When you use our websites or apps, we collect information such as the browser and device you are using, your IP address, your location, the site you came from, what you did and didn't use our site/app for, or the site you visit when you leave us.

4. Who We Share Your Data With & Third parties
● We may share your information with our Event Organizers and other partners such as Principals or / and Partners in marketing so that they can run the event and for other reasons described in their privacy policies. We will always name the Event Partners Organizers and other partners when you purchase a ticket and you will be given the option to subscribe to receiving marketing from them.
● If you buy or sell tickets via our resale platform, we may disclose your information to the buyer or seller (as applicable) for order fulfilment purposes – meaning that you get the ticket you’ve bought, or paid for the ticket you’ve sold.
● Third parties involved in the service provision process (such as ticket insurance, ticket delivery) so that they can process and fulfil your orders.
● Government agencies or other authorised bodies where permitted or required by law.
● Any successor to all or part of our business.
5. How We Manage to Protect Your Data & Unlawful Interfenance and Force Major
● We are obligated to protect your data by all means available to us.
● For the operation of Kontramarka.ua We use secure server software (SSL) which is among the best software available today for secure commercial transactions. It encrypts all your personal information for security so that nobody else can gain access to it.
● All Kontramarka.ua systems are protected by a secure firewall infrastructure and are protected by well managed strong security policies. Access to customer data by our staff is controlled to ensure only appropriate staff can view data appropriate to their job function.
● We are obligated to don’t disclose such data to other Third parties or persons without your permission.
● We take responsibility if your data will be disclosed illegally by us.
● It is not illegal to disclose the data if the court issue decision to disclose such data. This paragraph is related to other government services if we are obligated to do their decisions by legislation.
